What we collect

Quote form: name, company, email, phone, pickup and delivery locations, cargo details. Provided by you, used solely to prepare and follow up on your transport quote (legal basis: pre-contractual steps, art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Direct contact: anything you send us by email or phone, processed to answer you.

Analytics: only with your consent (cookie banner), we use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation to measure site usage (legal basis: consent, art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without consent, no analytics cookies are set.

Who receives the data

Quote requests are delivered to our dispatch team by email. Our website infrastructure (hosting in the EU) and email delivery providers process the data on our behalf under data-processing agreements. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party marketing.

Retention

Quote requests that do not become contracts are kept up to 12 months, then deleted. Data tied to executed transports is kept for the periods required by Romanian fiscal and transport law.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Write to office@konpaxtrans.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
